Certificate Setup
Controls how DXSteel handles mill certificates: numbering, automatic linking on receipt and shipment, archive location, and the rules that put vendor invoices on hold when a certificate is still missing.
When to configure: once during implementation, with adjustments later if your certificate process changes (e.g. different matching rules for a new customer segment).

Fields For Certificate Link Purchase 1 / 2 / 3 |
Three rule sets that DXSteel evaluates (in order) to automatically link a received certificate to a purchase receipt. Each rule set names a combination of matching fields (item, quality, factory, heat number, etc.). |

If on, DXSteel attempts the automatic link as soon as a purchase receipt is posted. |

If on, a notification appears when no automatic match could be found, so the user can link manually. |

If on, the matching vendor ledger entry is automatically marked On Hold while the certificate request is still open. |

Start with all Message Unlinked Cert. toggles ON during go-live so users get explicit feedback when an automatic link fails. Turn them off once users trust the matching rules.
