Sales Price Inquiry and Worksheet

Two screens for daily price work: Sales Price Inquiry (read-only lookup) and Sales Price Worksheet (buffer for batch updates).

Sales Price Inquiry — day-to-day lookup

  1. From a sales quote or order line, open the action Sales Price Inquiry.

  2. Filter on customer, item, quantity, UoM, variant, and optionally a ship date.

  3. You see the current price, cost, and margin. The page validates against Minimum Margins.

Sales Price Worksheet — batch updates

For systematic price changes, work through a buffer:

  1. Open Sales Price Worksheet.

  2. Pick which price records to adjust — filter by customer, price group, date, item, price UoM.

  3. Edit the buffer: Unit Price, Length Surcharge / Discount, Margin Amount / Percentage.

  4. Run Suggest Sales Price on Worksheet to seed proposals from master prices plus surcharges / discounts.

  5. Validate and adjust where needed.

  6. Run Implement Price Change. Only accepted lines get copied into the live Sales Prices table. The Starting Date determines when the new price kicks in.
