Loading — select lots and loaded labels
Drivers and warehouse staff tie registered shipping labels to transport order sublines while loading. Select Lots to Load supports lot-level selection; loaded quantities (pieces/weight/length) are tracked in Loaded Labels for Transport.
Workflow — loading

Transport order is released.

Operator opens Select Lots to Load.

Per subline: pick which picked/labelled lots physically go on board.

DXSteel records loaded quantity vs requested quantity.

On overload: "Maximum quantity to load is: %1".

Print transport labels via Loaded Labels for Transport.

At departure: optionally signature and note via Post Transp Line Note / Post Transp Line Signature.
Posted labels archive
After posting, labels move to Posted Labels for Transport as historical archive.
Best practices
Set Load Scan Required in Transport Setup to enforce scanning. Prevents human error at loading.
Print transport labels only after physical load confirmation. Avoids labels travelling to the wrong address.
Once posted: "Modifying Skip Load Scan is not allowed if loaded labels exist". Recall labels first.
