Transport orders and sublines
The transport order is the central document in DXSteel transport. A Header groups goods to be delivered/received on one vehicle on a specific date. Lines represent stops (customer/vendor/location). Sub Lines are individual SKU-lots within each stop.

Workflow
-
Transport Planning compiles transport requests into orders (see next page).
-
Open the Open transport order. Edit lines, sublines, equipment, route.
-
Release: Release.
-
Load via Select lots to load.
-
Post the transport order.
-
Posted Transport Order appears in the archive.
Best practices
Set stop sequence carefully. DXSteel uses it for route planning on the planning page.
Reopen is only possible while nothing has been posted. Posted sublines are final.
